Download Adobe Acrobat Reader by following these steps:

1. Save the .exe file in a directory on your hard disk.
2. Quit your browser.
3. Install the application by double-clicking on the .exe file you have saved on your hard disk. An installation program will guide you through the installation process.
4. Restart your browser and follow the link to the PDF file.
5. In case you can't access your document, make sure Adobe Acrobat Reader is linked to your browser.
